Working up an Appetite

For those of you who have never met my coach Dirk, he's hard to miss:

Thankfully cars see us about a mile sooner when Dirk is along...

Notice who is pulling here...

It was a beautiful day for riding.

Post ride we decided to try our hand at making home-made ravioli.

Fillings included goat cheese, beets, and butternut squash (all separate).

Turns out not only can we ride bikes - but we can cook (& devour) some pretty awesome food too! Hope everyone had a great weekend!

Your coach has the most matching outfit I've seen. And that food looks delicious.

The pasta looks awesome. You have inspired me, yet again, but this time to make my own ravioli. Thank you.

So does he always wear yellow or does he have lots of different colored shoes?
