It was a beautiful day for riding.
Post ride we decided to try our hand at making home-made ravioli.
Fillings included goat cheese, beets, and butternut squash (all separate).
Turns out not only can we ride bikes - but we can cook (& devour) some pretty awesome food too! Hope everyone had a great weekend!
