Train, Train, Relax

The morning consisted of a long swim that finished off my arms, then chasing a bunch of fast boys around during tempo segments of my run. Friends make training seem a little less like very hard work and more like a fun luxury. Especially when the run is along the ocean. We followed up our hard efforts with breakfast - the kind where you sit & relax and have time to talk over coffee.

The rest of the day was spent taking a nap.

Working on some smash ball skills.

And just enjoying a nice day at the beach.
