Race, Recover, Repeat

This week is all about recovery, unpacking, re-packing, and racing again this weekend. I'm off to race Boise 70.3 on Saturday. This was my experience in Boise last year. For those of you who remember the Boise Boys Showdown, unfortunately the boys will not be re-matching again at this race, they are on a small triathlon hiatus right now.
