Ride by the Sea

It's a too-many-workouts-to-count type of day. A day where my hair is constantly wet - either from sweat or the latest shower. As I rode along the coast this morning the fog crept in to the point where the sunglasses came off for lack of windshield wipers.

The surf was fairly big - unfortunately I didn't capture it.

Favorite scraggly tree.

Peaceful.

I cant believe how socked in it got today. But between 5:50 a.m. this morning and 7:30 it was still supper clear, and the waves were pumping. I also didn't capture it due to the place i wanted to shoot the photo is at the crest of a hill and i caught the green light today. So I opted to just keep hammering.

Too Many workouts. I sometimes wonder why?? Why so much time working out. You do what you love, and that is what you love to do. You want to be as good as you can be. You know what else?? Sometimes life is just freaking boring, so you might as well find something that is fun. Luckily your fun = healthy lifestyle.

Think of all the people out there whose fun after work is tv, sleep, and weekend. Eeek. Oh well thinking aloud. sorry. :)

I guess you are striving for something too. How many don't strive for anything?? hmmm. oh well, I'll stop now. sorry again. :)

I love it where the hair is constantly wet because we are always on the move.

Hair? What's that? Oh yeh, I think I remember. I used to hate when it got wet.
