It's been a while since I posted some good things. I had a great long week up in Santa Cruz and most of my list comes from that....Thankfulness-giving time of year.

• Starry nights camping
• Long exploring trail runs
• Giant redwoods
• Hugs
• Biking! In beautiful places!!
• Rainy walks
• An abundance of good food
