Fresh legs after resting after the IM but motivated after a break to train again (soon)...and December 13th and NO snow on the ground (dry roads) so we can still CX or MTB outside for a bit here. HUGE in Chicago.

knocking 10 seconds per 100y off my time in my last 1000y TT in the pool.....oh yeah.

The Sufferfest videos to help me through the trainer rides that consume our times now that the weather has turned for the worst.

Reading that you are getting to ramp up your training.

*A husband who takes care of you in the smallest of ways when you are sick.
*Restored faith in doctors (first visit in 15 years).
*Students who say, "I hope you feel better.." and mean it.
*A step-son who gets excited about donating toys to Toys for Tots.
*Remembering the needed items for peanutbutter cookies.
*Interim grades that get done smoothly.
*Pretty holiday stamps.
*Soft down blankets.
*Capilene 3 pants under yoga pants (the ultimate in keep-me-warm-when-sick luxury). :-)
*Kind people on the road.
