Desert Riding

I'm fairly certain Arizona has some of the harshest, yet most beautiful terrain I've ever seen.

And I'm still fascinated by the cacti with arms.

The clouds rolled in today.

Which made for some really awesome desert scenery.

Even better that I got to enjoy it all from my bike.

I remember the first time i was in AZ, i was missing the ocean BIG TIME. But then Rich said "look...where else can you see 360 degrees, not a building in site." It's awesome, if you ever get to ride south of tucson to Aravaca do it. It's amazing. ( and the border patrol will keep you safe, :)

Yikes! I'm behind in my reading :)

Your desert adventures -- from fun rides with friends, to a tour through a super cool company, to the beautiful scenery -- make me jealous! All this likely puts you in a great mindset for a fantastic race this weekend!
