Learn to Swim

In my quest to learn to swim, I've gotten a bit of help recently in the form of technique instruction and a bit of strength building...

This is a vasa trainer - and I last about two minutes on it.

And I'm pretty sure I will be sore...

One of my swim trainers. Notice how focused he is - ha!

Stretching out afterward.

I've got races the next two weekends, so we can see if I make any swim improvements...

Quit smiling during your workouts. You are not taking this seriously. :)

Without the written explanation (and your smiles) one could mistake that thing for a torture device. :)

p.s. sweet new bike

I am obsessed with owning a vasa someday. Keep us posted on how it helps your swimming.

Is the trainer looking off in the distance for more help or is he saying....she's got this and doesn't need my help!

awesome, and btw, your swim has improved a ton, I however have stayed exactly the same so if you want to see how much you have improved come drop my butt in a workout- and I'll remember when I could hang:)

I was always wondering what those vasa trainers were like. You seem to have had fun.
