The long weekend was perfect. There were friends and lots of laughing. Hard work and good scenery. Sun that shone down without burning. And time to realize how good things are. I feel so lucky to have such great friends - friends who will climb a mountain with me, or get in a car to drive 7 hours just so they have new scenery to look at while running.

I have many pictures I will post, but this is one of my favorites. It is so simple and yet beautiful.
