In no particular order - my recent favorites:
- Veggies & pita bread with hummus (broccoli, carrots, and celery are my favorites - more dip-able)
- Apple wedges with peanut butter (I like the Trader Joe's version with flax seeds in it - adds a bit of crunch)
- Kefir - berry flavor
- Trail mix with chocolate covered espresso beans (almonds, raisins, etc. - the key to a great trail mix in my book is the addition of dark chocolate espresso beans)
- Fresh squeezed OJ (not exactly a complete snack, but soooooo good!)
- Simply Bars - I recently discovered these - they are vegan, dairy and gluten-free, low glycemic, organic, etc. And they pack 16g of protein while still tasting good (my favorite flavor is chocolate coffee)
