Scenery by Bike

I spent more time than normal biking this past weekend. So I will share more pictures, because I love the scenery from my bike...

Wispy clouds. It was HOT inland.

Beth is ready for Kona.

QRs taking a rest break.

Can you spot the windmill?

Such beauty in your capturing of your local "vistas"

Windmills around the plains are nearly a thing of the past. As they age and become "worthless" they are torn down and sold for scrap. Those that are still standing, are usually just barely doing so.
Rusting hulks of a bygone day.

What an amazing week of photos I've had to catch up on here! All that riding, plus apple orchards, general stores, and ocean swims. Fantastic!

I have a facility in the Mojave Desert, in fact Mojave CA. Talk about windmills. I think the valley going into Palm Springs is the only place that has more.
