Lost and Found

On Monday I realized I had misplaced Cedric. By Tuesday he was confirmed lost. Wednesday I launched a full-blown search for him. Steven finally found him enjoying some light reading of car owner manuals in his glove box. I guess he decided to take a nap in there after Santa Barbara and someone forgot to take him out.

This most likely confirms that I should not have children anytime soon.

HAHA...the thing with children though is that they make themselves heard -very well I might add. Maybe Cedric needs to learn a few words...but then that's the allure of Cedric, right? He can't talk back!

Gnome ABUSE!!! Don't worry, most glove boxes are too small for babies to get tossed in.

Did you know there's a Gnome on the island of Lanai. Mooaleo. I bet Cedric would like to visit him sometime.

you make me laugh!!! poor little ced tossed in the glove compartment....i wonder if he was screaming out with all his little gnome voice could muster up to no avail! i happen to think strongly that you and stephen are going to be AWESOME parents VERY SOON!!!

I've never managed to keep plants alive, or have a pet, but somehow my boy is 4 and happy! You manage to grow a garden and have Steven who seems rather domestic. I think kids would work well in your "equation".

I can't believe STEVEN left Cedric in the glove box. He really should take better care of your things.

Poor Cedric!! Although truth be told the glove box is probably like a huge suite to him...so nice and roomy! I think he might have liked it in there!! :)

Well, if / when you ever do decide to have children, it's best to not put them in the glove box.

Don't blame yourself. Cedric is a fully grown gnome perfectly capable of taking care of himself.... as witnessed by his preference to ride with you on your bike seat vs. the handlebars.

Haha! Are you worried that you would leave a baby in the glove compartment?

I think Cedric crawled in there to get away from his tough life for a while ;) Does Cedric want to come to Az??

I think he liked it.

Don't worry, Cedric was just reading the maps and planning his next adventure. Gnomes are not children they are definitely more challenging than kids...you'll be an awesome mom if that's what you want!!

Looks like he had lots of mints and gum to chew on and entertain himself with lots of fun reading. I bet he thought he was on vacation.

NO ONE should have children anytime soon.

Agree with D - you should really work on those parenting skills before thinking about children or even real life pets for that matter! You don't have pets do you?

I am hoping that kids are easier to loose than things like that. i also just managed to kill all the seedling I planted this spring so am a bit concerned.....

hahaha! no fear- cedric is just going through the run away from home phase. he was likely hiding and planning where he would move to.
