Stormy

It was a good weekend of making my legs uncomfortable for extended periods of time. But I was with friends and there was a good amount of laughing, so I rather enjoyed it all.

This morning involved a nice long run with Kevin on trails - we even found a new one - followed by coffee and pastries. I love Sundays with plenty of time...I came home and hopped on my bike to spin out the legs. With a fast approaching storm, the winds were whipping off the ocean threatening to blow me off the road.
