Congrats

Congrats to everyone who raced Escape from Alcatraz today.  It's pretty awesome to swim from Alcatraz across the crazy currents to the San Francisco shore.

This is my friend Kathleen. I don't remember what we are laughing about, but I like the picture. Kathleen raced her first Alcatraz race today.

And she finished 1/2 an hour faster than she thought she would!!

Big congrats to Kathleen & anyone else who raced Alcatraz for the first time.
