Tie 'em Up!

I've been spending some time with my feet tied together. It makes me even slower in the water than I already am. But I've been told over time, it will make me faster.

It's pretty simple. Next time you get a flat out on a ride - save the tube. When you get home cut it up and tie it into a loop that fits your ankles.

During your cool down or drill portion of your swim - band the ankles together and work on keeping your body on top of the water as your legs try to sink (no cheating with a pull buoy!) Nice part is when I remove the band I really feel like a fish!
